By creating a Vandal account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You are responsible for the content you create in Vandal and for the ads you choose to deploy through your connected Meta account. Vandal deploys every ad in PAUSED state — you must review and activate ads inside Meta Ads Manager before they spend.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
- No content that violates Meta's advertising policies.
- No abuse of generation endpoints (rate limits apply).
Service availability
Vandal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make a best effort to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for ad performance, spend, or business outcomes derived from the service.
Termination
You may stop using Vandal at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you remain responsible for any active ads in your Meta account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice.
